When pre-validating entries, there is no ability to check/uncheck a box in the entrants details to correct a failed validation item. This relates only to items in the pre-made list in Step 11 (pre-validation checks- optional) when creating/editing an event.
The only way I can enable a check box is to create my own pre-validation item.
The problem remains though that if I uncheck one of the pre-made items at step 11, the pre-validation check still shows as a 'fail' for the entrant.
The instructions in the Help Guide are accurate, but they just dont work.
