Club filter sorting (and off-screen)

when filtering the Event Entry Upcoming Events list by club, the clubs are not in alphabetical order
also the pop-up for the filter list appears partly off screen unless I shrink the browser scale to 80% (easy workaround, but would be nice to constrain the pop-up to the viewport)
