Allow Event Organisers to See Uploaded copies of Civil Drivers Licences

Currently competitors email their civil drivers licences to event organisers as part of the documentation process. There is a certain risk involved with emailing a key piece of identification to the many events throughout the year. The current portal allows for the upload and storage of the civil drivers licences. Would it be possible for event organisers to be able to see those uploaded civil drivers licences in order for them to check for the purpose of documentation. This would save emailing our licences to every event and reduce the risk of them being stored on someone's PC/hard drive which could easily be stolen or hacked.

We are currently reviewing the civil drivers licence prevalidation process. At present, this process is automatic and doesn't require any intervention from Event Organisers.
Competitors are responsible for keeping their civil drivers licence information up to date on their Rally or Off Road "My Details" page. As long as this information is accurate, the Civil Licence prevalidation will show as valid and remove the need for competitors to share licences via email.
