Competitor/Entrant does not fill in the Entry

The ARC during 2023 had a quite a few Competitors that do not fill in the Entry form for an event. Some have a PA who does this, some have the CoDriver do the entries, another has the Co-driver do both entries for a 2 car team. The system does not allow the "Competitor" to be added. The system assumes that the person filling in the entry is the "Competitor/Entrant". We need an option that allows the "Competitor/Entrant" to be added or changed. Part of the problem is that the Competitor then does not accept the MA Disclaimer. This will need to be available in Reports
