Enter using a club car

Some events offer the ability for entrants to utilise a club car, particularly for new competitors. In this situation, the entrant would not have a vehicle to add to their profile/entry which is required.
A solution may be for the organiser to allow for club cars, may be to enable a selectable option in the vehicle dropdown menu.
Some considerations may include:
- assigning a cost to using the club car,
- displaying an editable text prompt (e.g. terms and conditions: "only valid for first time entries" or "subject to availability").
