It would be good if the system indicated in the event summary when an entrant has requested a refund.

Great suggestion! Having a clear indication in the event summary when an entrant has requested a refund would certainly help Event Organisers manage entries more efficiently.
I’ve added this request to our backlog. If other users find this useful, they can vote for it, and the more votes it receives, the higher it will move up our development priorities.
