At the moment the portal only allows for one fee. Our club and many other clubs have junior entries which are at a lower cost. This should be easy to add another box to the fee box for Junior fees. At the moment the way I have been told to do it, the portal is trying to charge them an adult and junior fee so we are back to doing direct depost into our account instead of being able to pay by credit card on the portal.

thanks for the information sent through. I have done what you have suggested however, now the fee shows -$40 which does not actuallyy tell the competitor how much they have to pay untl they get right to the end. I have just had one of our executive submit an entry for their son to give me feedback. Surely it would be more simple to just have a second box for Juniors. A good part of your membership base is junior competitors. This portal entry is getting harder and harder. Maybe your it people need to have a meeting with the people who use the system to tell them what is needed. Sorry I am very frustrated with the system as are our members.

Karen,
Many other clubs name the activity 'Junior Discount' or 'Junior discount -$40'
You could also include the final $ fee in the Activity label name, like this:
Junior discount ($72 - $40) = $32
or
Junior fee ($32)

Hi Karen,
Thanks for your feedback. We understand the importance of accommodating different fee structures, such as junior entries. A common solution that many clubs use is to add an activity called "Junior Discounts" and input a negative amount in the Fees section. This effectively adjusts the total fee for junior participants.

We appreciate your input and hope this solution works well for your club. If you have any further questions or need assistance, feel free to reach out.
