Mobile Phone number format

It would be good if the system forced the Mobile phone number format to be XXXX XXX XXX only negative is international number but these are rare so should not drive the format, just a thought

should allow people to enter with/without spaces, dashes, brackets and then parse and display in a consistent format. Validation could use regex to allow either AU format or international.
