It would be good to have a feature where an automatic message could be sent to compitetors in the event of a last minute cancellation of the event due to the weather. Preferably by telephone message as not everyone checks emails.

We’re excited to share that we’ve recently introduced a Cancel Event feature that automatically emails all entrants with a cancellation notice, along with instructions and a link to request a refund.
We understand the importance of notifying competitors quickly in the event of a last-minute cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances like weather. While our current feature uses email, we recognise that telephone messaging could be a valuable addition for urgent situations.
We’ll pass your suggestion to our development team for consideration in future updates. Your feedback is invaluable in helping us improve the Event Entry system to meet your needs. Thank you for sharing!
