Transponder field in Rally or Off Roadoption

Could this please have a 'bubble' explaining what needs to be entered in this field where a Transponder is not needed. E.g. "If not required for this event enter 000." (or similar.
I understand this is a mandatory field however for some events, e.g. Rally Sprint, it is not a mandatory requirement.

Thanks for your suggestion.
The Transponder field is not always mandatory in our system. Event Organisers have the flexibility to control this when setting up each event entry form.
In the 'Garaging and Transponder' section, Event Organisers can choose whether the Transponder field is required by ticking the 'Transponder is Required' checkbox. By default, this checkbox is unticked.
If an Event Organiser decides to make the Transponder field mandatory, entrants will need to provide a Transponder number. Entrants will then have the option to use a pre-recorded Transponder number, or a new Transponder number for just this event or all future events.
Additionally, if the 'Transponder is available for rent' checkbox is ticked, entrants will have the option to rent a transponder. The Event Organiser can set the rental fee in the Fees section.
