The pop up screen for uploading the medical file is so large, you can not see the "submit" button at the very bottom of the pop up. Have to reduce screen size to below 50% to know that it is there and get the upload to work.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. I've escalated the issue with the oversized pop-up screen to our CRM providers for a resolution. In the meantime, your workaround of reducing the zoom on your web browser is a good temporary solution. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to fix this.
