We plan to have competitors and officials participation records available on the Member Portal and the Mobile app.

Can we go back and have the digital licence on one screen on mobile phone with licence number and expiry date together with competitor as standard and the official as the tap to setting.

rather than default to competitor (and annoy officials) or default to officials (and annoy competitors) maybe let us favourite a license that shows be default?

This will hopefully do 3 things, event login, electronic passbook and therefore minimize the expiry of officials qualifications. Can a reminder be emailed out with 1 year or six months to go?

Officials sign into member portals and in the events section complete standard event forms which would confirm license checks and passport qualifications. Alternatively complete new official form?
This could be completed by using Acrobat Pro provides electronic fillable pdf forms single entry and data is exported into entire form (ensure privacy). As per your existing officials sign on sheets.
Short term work around, can the current officials sign in from signature section be completed using e signature which is using mouse or tablet pen to draw/sign signature on computer? Please consider that if digital id is used then document becomes read only and form becomes unusable. The pdf form data can be exported and batch license checks can be completed.

Consider including a Senior Officials electronic sign off and included the participation records in overseas or interstate role applications

would be good to be able to use the app to check in at an event (eg rather than paper based form, have a QR code or NFC tag at checkin that records - for you and the organiser - your attendance).
Also using QR code or similar, allow seniors to 'sign' at the end of an event by scanning the app (or following up in the portal and confirming team/role etc)
