Opening the license renewal portal

N
Neil Roediger

I have both officials (i.e. scrutineering) and a competition license (as I suspect a large number of people do). When I get an email that says I need to renew my competition license, I open the portal and there is no obvious path to take.
I looked at the info under "My Applications", and it says that I need to click on "renew" in the dashboard and follow the prompts, but on going back to the dashboard, there is no "renew" to hit.
O.K., I just have to hit the "competition" button and I am away... But here is the question: Do you have more officials or more competitors? Also, which lasts longer, a competition license or an officials license?
So, my question therefore is, which one should be on top?
My suggestion is this: If one requires you to take renewal action, should that one rise to the top (even if it would normally be underneath)?
Just trying to make the site more user friendly!
Thanks.

Neil, Thank you for your feedback and we appreciate your suggestion for improving the user experience by prioritizing renewal actions, this will be taken into consideration as we continue to improve the Member portal.
As for your question about the number of officials versus competitors, and the duration of each license, there are more than double the competition than officials licence holders and an Officials licence lasts four years, while a competition licence is just one year.
We will take note of your suggestion to consider which license should be prioritized in terms of placement on the dashboard.
We value all input and thank you for helping us make our Member portal better.
